Lisbon, 27/03/2024 - A man walks past Rua Augusta while taking shelter from the heavy rain that fell in Lisbon this afternoon. The National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority (ANEPC) recorded 280 incidents of bad weather between 07:00 and 15:00 this Wednesday, most of which were related to falling trees and structures due to the wind.
